All Permits Obtained for Construction Start

The Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project has secured key federal, state, and local permits required to proceed to the start of construction once project financing is obtained.

• Construction Air Permit secured from the State of Nebraska.
• A Special Use Permit secured from Johnson County, Nebraska, the key local land use permit for the Elk Creek Project.
• The Elk Creek Project avoids impacts to federal jurisdictional waters and other features and does not require a federal permit under NEPA.
